鈥淭he continued support is something that I don鈥檛 take for granted and something that will never be lost on both my family and I. The quality of country music that Canada is producing right now is something we as a whole should be enormously proud of.鈥

In that time he鈥檚 released three albums, including his latest, Side Effects, which was produced by Joey Moi of band Florida Georgia Line and released in 2016. Sky Stays This Blue celebrates Smith鈥檚 relationship with his 3-year-old daughter, Vayda, and on Father鈥檚 Day, he shared a personal home movie as the video premiere for the song.

鈥淭his video means everything to me,鈥 said Smith, who is a father of two.
