From her beginnings as an orphan in India, to celebrated international recording artist, poet, and author, Bif Naked remains innovative, revolutionary, and inspiring, said show promoter Rob Warwick.
He鈥檚 bringing bif, and her I Bificus Songs and Stories tour, to 91原创鈥檚 Cascade Casino today (Thursday, Sept. 7).
鈥淪he shares stories from her book and a little history of how some of her songs came to be,鈥� said Warwick, who noted she鈥檒l be performing an acoustic show.
鈥淪he churned her way through ever-increasingly hard-core bands Jungle Milk, Gorilla Gorilla, Chrome Dog, and Dying To Be Violent to stardom as a solo diva, Warwick elaborated.
Seamlessly flowing between many mediums of creative work, and so obviously enjoying an artistic existence, Naked has produced such notable tracks as Moment of Weakness, I Love Myself Today, Tango Shoes, Nothing Else Matters, We Are The Lucky Ones, Let Down, and Spaceman 鈥� which made Canadian history with its #1 position on national charts, and #2 on Billboard鈥檚 International Charts and making it the highest-spun independent song in Canadian history.
Known for her inimitable live shows, Naked has said, 鈥淧erformance is my passion. I owe it to myself and my beautiful fans to keep evolving and pushing the boundaries.鈥�
Her amazing ability to slide easily between her punk roots, rock, pop, alternative, and contemporary music are clearly visible on the platinum-selling album I,Bificus as well as the gold albums Purge and Superbeautifulmonster.
Introspective, powerful, and infectious, bif naked鈥檚 legendary shows have kept her on tour from Russia to Central America, India to the U.K. and Europe to North America.

Priest: The Tribute presents what Warwick calls an 鈥渁uthentic鈥� Judas Priest experience complete with full costumes that pay homage to the British heavy metal band birthed in 1969.
鈥淭heir innovative and pioneering body of work,鈥� as Warwick described it, included songs like 鈥淵ou鈥檝e Got Another Thing Comin鈥欌��, 鈥淧ainkiller鈥�, 鈥淟iving After Midnight鈥�, 鈥淏reaking the Law鈥�, 鈥淓lectric Eye鈥�, 鈥淪creaming for Vengeance鈥�, 鈥淰ictims of Change鈥�, 鈥淟ove Bites鈥�, 鈥淪ome Heads Are Gonna Roll鈥�, 鈥淗ell Bent for Leather鈥� and 鈥淢etal Gods鈥�.
鈥淲ith a more simplified sound, the album British Steel launched the band to superstar status,鈥� he added, noting they were credited by some as defining heavy metal with their British Steel album. Meanwhile, their leather, spikes, and other taboo articles of clothing widely influenced the glam metal era, Warwick said.
Today, this tribute group get 鈥渢he soaring operatic vocals and the classic twin-guitar stylings of K.K. Downing and Glen Tipton.鈥�
