The spine-tingling and spooky tours at the Fort 91原创 National Historic Site start Friday, Oct. 13, the scariest day of the month.
Join expert historic site storytellers for two- or three-hour walking tours of Fort 91原创 as participants stroll the village at night, popping into the village鈥檚 various cemeteries and stopping at homes and buildings where unusual incidents took place.
The historic site gathered up local ghost and ghoul stories from residents and present those during the tour, changing up the content annually and depending on the audience.
There鈥檚 the regular two-hour adult tour which goes 7 to 9 p.m. and 8 to 10 p.m. on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays. The cost is $31.58 per person.
The youth edition is 6 to 8 p.m. on Saturdays and Sundays. Tickets are $24.59 per person.
There鈥檚 also a three-hour adult edition that costs $44.97, and runs Fridays through Sundays between 9 p.m. and midnight.
People need to book in advance for the popular tours which this year will go Oct. 13, 14, 15, 20, 21, 22, 27, 28 and 29.

People going on the walking tours should be dressed for the weather and wear sturdy shoes. Tours start and wrap up at the historic site but take people through various locations around Fort 91原创.
Call the Fort 91原创 National Historic Site at 604-513-4777 between 10 a.m. and 4:30 p.m., Monday to Sunday to confirm and pay for a tour.
The booking is not confirmed until payment is processed. If people do not pay for their tours at least 48 hours before the time, the spots will be made available to other guests.
Those who need to cancel must do so at least 48 hours before their time to ensure a refund. Cancellations within 48 hours will not be refunded.
