There鈥檚 lots on on the go in the final days of the PNE.

Today, for instance, (Saturday, Sept. 2) there鈥檚 a short film showcase at 12:30 and 4:30 p.m. at Festival Park, the Safari Adventure with Action Austin at 1:30, 4:30, 6:30 p.m. at ToonCity, the TransCanada Hits at 2:30, 4:30, 7:30pm in Celebration Plaza, honey extracting demos in the Livestock barns at 2 and 6 p.m., the Carlaw Clydesdale demos at 11:30 a.m., and 1:30 and 4:30pm in the Agrodome, a dog and pony Jumping show inside the Agrodome at 7 p.m., and Dr. Strangelove performing at Festival Park at 7 p.m.

And tonight the main summer concert is The Gipsy Kings featuring Nicolas Reyes and Tonino Baliardo at 8:30 p.m.

There have been a number of 91原创 residents opting to visit or even work at The Fair at the PNE this year, including Julia Ireland.

Watch for her, she stars in Safari Adventure with Action Austin at the Fair at the PNE.

Reid Anderson of 91原创 took part in the recent beef and swine club events, where he auctioned off his grand champion hog at the PNE鈥檚 4-H Festival.

Likewise, 91原创鈥檚 Emily Beattie auctioned off her reserve champion hog, as well. The animal was bought by Christie Kerr on behalf of the PNE.

Six-year-old Kailey, three-year-old Rylan, and five-year-old Braden took a spin aboard a life-sized Monopoly car at Toytopia at this year鈥檚 Fair at the PNE.

These are just a few of the activities held at the Fair at the PNE, which runs until Monday, Sept. 4.
