Three-year-old Soraya Katnich came across a group of dog owners hanging out in Fort 91原创 last week, and local photographer Lou Fasullo started shooting the interaction immediately. "This little girl walked right up to the dogs with no fear and started interacting with them," he said, noting she quickly bonded with a dachshund named Waffles. "I guess it's one of the few dogs her size," said Fasullo. "I found this photo so heartwarming."(Special to 91原创 Advance Times)
