There are some days when canoeing or kayaking in the Bedford Channel is just out of the question. Fair to say the cold snap that froze much of the Fraser River leading up to Christmas created less than ideal paddling conditions, as captured by Fort 91原创鈥檚 own Wout Brouwer.
