After the opening date for the iconic 91原创 restaurant in its new home had to moved back again and again, Exarhopoulos finally had a low-key 鈥渟oft opening鈥 on Sunday, March 14 in the new 91原创 airport terminal building.
鈥淚鈥檓 relieved, definitely,鈥 Exarhopoulos told the 91原创 Advance Times.
鈥淚t feels great.鈥
Right now, customers are only being seated in the first floor, but he is hoping to open the upstairs, including the spacious outdoor patio with a view of the airport and the scenery beyond, in three to four weeks.
He isn鈥檛 sure when he鈥檒l be holding the official opening.
鈥淢aybe next week,鈥 he said on Saturday, March 20.
The move was a long time coming, he estimated, about 鈥渢wo and half, three years.鈥

Costs ended up higher than expected, which is why the new Adrian鈥檚 will be using chairs from the old space for at least a few months.
In the new space, Adrian鈥檚 will be operating in much larger premises, almost double the size of the old building, seating a potential maximum of 130 on the first level, 150 on the other, with the outdoor patio able to accommodate another 80 to 100 guests.
